How to update or change your banking information for your ePayPolicy account

This article outlines the process for changing the banking information associated with your ePayPolicy account. 


For security and accuracy, all banking information updates are handled directly by our Support team. 


Keep in Mind 

For some accounts, the person requesting the change must be a user with ‘Manage account and users’ permission in the ePayPolicy dashboard.  

Step-by-Step Guide to Update Your Banking Information


1. Prepare Necessary Information: Before calling, ensure you have your new banking details readily available.


2. Contact Support: Call the ePayPolicy Support team directly at 844-372-9300.


3. Select Support Option: When prompted, choose Option 2 for Support. Operating Hours: Our Support team is available to assist you Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST.


4. Verification: The Support team will guide you through the necessary verification steps to confirm your identity and authorization before processing the update.  This phone-based process is in place to protect your financial information and prevent unauthorized changes.
