If for any reason additional information is requested, the activation timeline will be extended to 5-7 business days; your sales representative will communicate any additional needs.
Once activated, you’ll receive an activation email with instructions for next steps.
If you do not receive an activation email but believe your account is active, the activation email may have landed in your junk mail folder. Be sure to add ‘epay3’ to your address book!
